The 4-Step Process:

- View the positions eligible for an external referral bonus on our job openings page. Some positions carry up to a $5,000 referral bonus. For more details on bonus amounts please contact Apogee HR.
- Refer a Friend – Send your referral’s contact information to our HR Department. An Apogee HR representative will confirm they have received your complete referral information, confirm the bonus amount for the position, and obtain the required documentation.
- Note Your Information on the Application – Make sure your referral includes your name on their application. Referral bonuses are only paid out if the applicant includes your information in their application. Please also have them checkmark on their application they were referred by an external individual!
- Earn a bonus of up to $5,000! – Referral bonuses are paid after the hire completes 90 days of employment.
